Financial Aid Policy

While Financial Aid applications are no longer accepted, the $2,500 Pete Goad Scholarship application is available through April 19, 2019 for those who are eligible for financial aid. This scholarship is awarded in addition to any other financial aid you receive from TMA.

Directions for Entering the Building

  • To enter the building, you will type a code on the keypad by the front doors. Your code is the last 4 digits of your social security number followed by the star (*), eg., 1234*. If your code doesn’t work, please stop by the front desk to let us know.
  • Please enter and exit the building through the front doors only. Using one entrance/exit allows us to keep the building secure.

Montessori Family Alliance Membership

The Montessori Family Alliance Membership is free for all members of the TMA community. Membership includes the Montessori Family Alliance’s extensive Montessori parents’ resource center, a wealth of information about Montessori to extend our school’s in-house program, and a subscription to Tomorrow’s Child, the Montessori family magazine.

  • STEP 1: Go to the Free School Montessori Family Membership page.
  • STEP 2: Click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • STEP 3: Click the “View Cart” button in the right-hand column.
  • STEP 4: Now click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  • STEP 5: You will now be asked for “Billing Information” but you will NOT be billed; your total due will be $0. This is where you will set up your free membership information, including a password of your own choosing. Complete the required fields and click the “Place Order” button.

And now you are a member of the Montessori Family Alliance. Now just log in and explore!

Opportunities for parent involvement, both at school and at home, can be found on the Community Service Opportunities page online. Additionally, parents can speak with classroom teachers or front office staff, view the Community Board near the front office, and read the TMA Connection.

Not only will your children benefit by your interest and participation in their school, faculty will appreciate your involvement. A background check is required of all volunteers who come into contact with students.

  • Enter TMAA-TX into the District Code field.
  • In the Email field, type the email address provided in your application to the school.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username, then type th desired password into the Password and Confirm fields.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window.
  • Now you can log into ParentsWeb.
